North Face Endurance Challenge Bear Mt. 50 mile trail run

Thursday May 7th at 7pm Join me for a North Face Endurance Run panel discussion in Manhattan at the North Face store on Broadway at 73rd st.

Friday May 8th I will travel to Bear Mt. New York with 3 members of Junior Team A Step Ahead and their parents in preparation of completing the Bear Mt 5o mile trail run on Saturday.

Junior Team A Step Ahead athletes and parents...thank you for coming along and being apart of such a great race..thank you for not only coming out to support me at this race but for volunteering to work the race as well.

Saturday May 9th I will start my race at 5am saturday.....traversing a newly-designed, faster course for 2009, runners can expect technical terrain and rocky footing that cuts to the chase, with some trails heading steeply uphill rather than zig-zagging at a gentler grade. Descents end in wooded hollows before the next rapid climb ending with a breathtaking view. Make no mistake: this will be a tough test of off-road endurance.
